God's Wonders

8 O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. 9 I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonders. —Psalm 8 and 9
Walking through psalms, one experiences an amazing set of emotions from pleading to God to praising God. The praises are varied from sparing one from enemies to God and His perfect provision.
Here in what is the intro of two different psalms, we see a sort of exclamation of the Lord, for who He is, for His wonders.
Take an adventure sometime…a hike or a jog through a wilderness, to a waterfall, to the top of mountain. Look around. And then shout the Lord’s name as loud as you can and praise for the goodness of everything around you. This is the feeling described above.
Let’s all make a joyful noise…because His glory is so awe-inspiring.
Praise: That God is ever-majestic.
Prayer: That we continue to be mindful of His wonder day in and day out.
Prayer for Today: Lord we thank You for today, for every day. We thank You for the wonders of this earth, the wonders that You have created and established in us. You are truly amazing, God. We want to shout Your name in the loudest voice. Praise You, Lord!! Let us always exalt You with such joy and meditate on the majestic world You have brought to life. In Your Precious Name, Amen.
